The Invisible Wall

From the background the other side of the wall seemed forbidding.

It was safer in the background.

No one sees the wall.  It is invisible.

Yet the wall is no secret.

Its barriers are strong and unmoving.

Those flowing in Life’s sea of status quo enjoy the safety of the walls fortress-type quality.

They scarcely notice the by-standers who’d like to be on the other side of the wall with them.

For these, the wall is a safe place to hide their fear, insecurity, shyness, loneliness, as well as their true selves.

They’d wanted to go over that wall many times, but it was a risky and seemed too high to climb.

Someone might see them trying to get over and push them off.

Or someone might laugh at the way they climbed.

Or perhaps someone may even demand that they go back behind the wall, after risking all to make the fateful journey across.

It just can’t be done.

But Wait!  Someone just reached their arm thru the wall.

Could it be the by-standers had been noticed after all?

The Wall seemed to melt away in that very spot.  The by-stander eased right in upon taking the offer.  Ah, the comfort inside the fortress.  And all that was needed was someone to care enough to guide them to safety.  Someone to acknowledge the by-stander hoping for a way over the Invisible wall.

Could it be that?

Or maybe you’re the someone in need of the courage to climb or take hold of an outstretched hand,

CWJC can show you the route to get started and on your way.

Past your Invisible Wall that’s been keeping you away from your bright future in your God – given place!
